I can find these ingredients in other similar products but here is why I prefer this product to cheaper versions....For one the quality is evident and verified by third party testing plus manufactured in a certified good manufacturing practice facility - according to the seller. The capsule is vegetable not an animal gelatin (usually bovine). Vegetable capsules can be more expensive so that may impact the price of these but I prefer to go vegan on supplements.Secondly the company provide supplements to those in need for every bottle purchased. It's a way to feel good about the products we buy and use.The dose on this is 500Mg, but it is higher absorption than some products with similar ingredients due to the bioPerine. The high percentage (95%) of curcuminoids in this product is also superior to other products I have tried. So all in all, if you compare the quality and ingredients this product really isn't that much more than the generic brands where the Turmeric may be listed as a higher dose. The daily 1 to 3 capsules recommendation means this will last from 20 to 60 days. I am taking one in the morning and one at night so this is a month's supply for abut $20.00 - seems to be a fair price for the quality.This product did not upset my sensitive stomach and it works well for me as an anti inflammatory.

Turmeric has been a help in my experience for natural pain relief and reducing swelling.This version of the supplement was just as effective as other brands I've tried. One capsule delivers a fairly high dose, so would suggest starting with one and bumping up from there if needed.Bright orange in appearance in a gel cap. To match one capsule here, I would have taken 2-3 pressed tablets from another brand - not saying good or bad, just a difference. If you want to have more fine grained control of dosage it could be something to consider.So overall, nothing adverse to say. These seem to have a potent ingredient delivered in an acceptable form. Would suggest evaluating the value per dosage. If this falls into an acceptable value range for you, it seems a good choice.

I did some research on the curcumin used in this supplement, and I am convinced that it is a very highly absorbed type. It also has black pepper extract in it which enhances the absorption. It says it is manufactured in a GMP registered facility and formulated and manufactured in California. Another thing I like about it is you only have to take one capsule there are so many supplements nowadays that say you need to take two or three capsules for each serving and I find that very annoying. Only time will tell how much this will help but so far so good.

This supplement takes advantage of two branded extracts (Curcumin C3 and BioPerine) that maximize the benefits of the turmeric root. It's not a ton—the recommended dose is 500-2000mg and each pill has 500mg but the assumption is that the curcumin C3 is a higher concentrated version of turmeric and the BioPerine helps make it bioavailable. I can definitely see that and it feels effective for what I take it for (inflammation/allergies). But if you want the high end of the recommended dose, you're looking at just 15 servings in the bottle. That's over a dollar a serving, which could be worth it on its merits alone.I do love the vitamin angels component that they provide a bottle to a mother/child in need for every bottle sold. That could very well justify the price alone.

A 90 day supply of high quality, third party tested curcumin along with bioperine to help aid absorption. No Mg Stearate!! It contains healthy MCT powder as a filler.The capsules are on the large side but easy to swallow. No GI issues taking these. Curcumin has so many purported health benefits. I use it as part of my daily supplement routine. It is notoriously poorly, absorbed. Bioperine does help a little bit. There are special forms of curcumin that are supposed to be very highly absorbable, but these are also exorbitantly priced. I find that this helps decrease inflammation and fits in with my budget.

This is a good Curcumin supplement. Curcumin is an excellent anti-inflammatory and it's one of the few herbal supplements that many medical professionals will actually recommend. I've been taking curcumin for years. This is just as good as any other. The key thing to keep in mind is that there's no standard in serving size - pay attention to the contents. I usually take between 1200 mg and 1500 mg per day. That means, with this one, I'll be taking 3 capsules per day.
