Nice
Got exactly what I expected, based on the description. 10 small seedlings. From 1" to 4" tall. Nicely packed and all alive. Came fast. Obviously they need to be replanted quickly and watered and taken care of. Whether the price was good or not depends on where you live and how much plants are in your area. Rather than pay $20 for seeds and hope they grow and wait for them, I like these seedlings. Larger plants (say 1'-2' tall) where I live are roughly $20 each, if/when you can find them. Its very hard to find cedar seedlings where I live. Either you can mail in seeds, or buy 4'+ tall plants for $100 each or 1-2' for $20. I wanted more of them, and smaller (cheaper). Only bad thing is no labels, invoice or description of the product in the box. If you order several items from them, you will have to sort them out yourselves. I have a couple orders coming, but could pretty easily sort them out, so didn't ding the 5 stars.

All 10 still thriving
I ordered these a few weeks ago came in a black starter pack of 10. I didn't like how small they were and half of them had yellow branches which made me feel like they weren't going to thrive. I started a return label and it's still active as I type this review, but I potted them and watered regularly and fertilized weekly. And the past week or so they all grew a bit and started to turn green. I'm going to keep them.

Not as expected
Although unpacked, planted, and watered immediately after arrival, the little trees dried up in a matter of days.

Seedlings TOO small!
All growers sell seedlings and young plants. However, they must be mature enough to be shipped, planted and survive. These were not. They were less than 4" in size. I planted them immediately receiving them. Some lasted a week or two but most did not.
