When I opened the outer brown box of Amazon, this product arrived in a way that the zip lock on the pouch had opened and some of the cocoa powder had spilled all over. This made me question the hygiene of the product as it was exposed. Due to COVID-19, I'm extremely finicky when it comes to packaging, so no spills or cracks in the seal. I didn't return it because I use it only when I'm baking and it gets sterilized. Now coming to the flavor, I trust the 'Sorich Organics' and I've used some of their other products and I know that the actual quality of the product is good. It's unsweetened, rich and robust in flavor. Fix the zip lock pouch please. It's embarrassing for a company like you to have these issues.

The package I initially received was a black odorless and tasteless substance. I called the company and reported this and they sent out another pack which tasted and looked great.

I love this cocoa, great product.If you want a regular subscription delivery choose something else.Unfortunately it's been out of stock for subscribe and save on at least 3 occasions. I am getting fed up with this. I have had to order a different product to have cocoa available. If it is acceptable I will probably change and cancel this subscription delivery.

Cheating! Not natural! Burnt taste something between ashes and fumes, and very dark in colour. It has no chocolaty flavour at all! Natural cacao is lighter in color, but when it is alkalized or severely processed, and all the nutritious cocoa butter is removed, then only it is so dark. Totally ruined my cake and it tastes horrible in hot cocoa drink. Now I am really upset with this brand- Organic means close to natute, very wholesome and this cocoa is super processed, there is nothing natural in it. Very unhealthy, very acidic "food", I would rather call it junk. Earlier, Sorich organics send me their herbal tea in plastic nylon bags, I was surprised because nobody ever packs teabags in plastic to put into boiling water, that's harmful.. Now I see this is a fraud brand that has no idea what is organic or even natural! And I see that a seller called Twak Cocoaz is attacking this Sorich cocoa in the questions section here, pushing himself as being better, when in reality his cocoa (I bought it too to my dismay) is absolutely identical with Sorich. This means both brands get their supply of same junk burnt cocoa imitation from same bad manufacturer, and is just so bad! This also can easily be adulterated because it has absolutely no cocoa flavor or taste and turns blackish in liquid and makes mouth black! Just see how cleverly they lure us in trusting their brand- image of the cocoa pack. It is exactly opposite of their promise!

I brought this product with a doubt in my mind that whether it will be good or not & to my surprise it turns out to be awesomeNice flavor ,nice texture ,a bit gritty also but that adds to its flavorA must try!

Doesn't mix well in milk at all, even in a 750W blender. Leaves a very powdery residue in the mouthHas a very "factory processed" smell coming from it.Never getting this again.You can get much better options in a similar price range like Looms & Weaves or Christopher.
