Methyl Folate (L-5-MTHF) 1000mcg x 120 Tablets by Phoenix Nutrition

Bought this to add to my regime of hair supplements. I don't think anything iis helping with that but apparently one needs folate, especially as a post menopausal woman so I keep taking it. It's a good one and a reasonable price.

I have semi regular checks on my health from a company that checks my blood, and they identified a folic acid deficiency. I've tried folate tablets before, but they didn't really seem to help.Thankfully these did, and at my last results, my folic acid levels were normal. I'd recommend them to anyone who is deficient or needs a boost in this area.

Really great product. Was recommended to take this and has been really important. Would recommend it for those that need this.

Small tablets that will melt in the mouth if need be. Dosage is too high though IMHO, so mine get divided into halves and quarters. No nasty side effects at the lower dose. Side effects at full dose. They don’t cut easily though which is a shame.

have been taking these for a while now and finally got my folate checked and its a great level again, i definitely feel less sluggish and crap. defo recommend

Can't say I have seen any changes that I can contribute to the use of this folate, but I have no reason to believe it's not a decent product.I had to stop taking these because I found out I am pregnant shortly after starting, and this dose is too much for pregnancy. Folate is essential for pregnant women, but better be careful with high doses unless your doctor told you that you have a reason to take higher doses than what's normally recommended. I will get back to taking these after pregnancy.
