Very functional watch!
I love this watch for running. It has a long battery life and lasts me about a week off a full battery charge. It is very easy to connect and use with the Garmin app. It works and performs well with the heat on outdoor runs/hikes and does not wear down with the sweat. I’ve been using this watch for almost two months now and it is very accurate with tracking activity as well as sleeping patterns. I love and recommend this watch!

Wonderful Smartwatch!
The watch was delivered from 6ave less than 24 hours after I placed the order, which is phenomenal considering that I live in a rural area. I did have some problems keeping the watch connected to my phone the first full day I wore it but that now seems to be resolved and I have had no problems since. I had been wearing a Garmin Lily before the Venu 2+ and I loved it but wanted more bells and whistles than the Lily could provide. I miss the smaller size and weight but I love the extra features. My only complaint so far is that the watch does not automatically display workouts the way the Lily did. It does seem to be more accurate in step count and in sleep recording, however, and I like the new interface on Garmin Connect. Garmin support contacted me quickly after I posted my connection issues to their forum. Overall, I am very satisfied with my upgraded smartwatch.

Personally I wouldn't pay for the upgrade
Pros:-Stats seem accurate-Beautiful appearance-Decently priced-Display is amazing (very comparable to my Samsung galaxy 5 watch and step above my fitbit versa 3)-battery life is AMAZING especially for such an attractive device-charging really is so fast- comfortable on a small female wrist... it's fine even during a sweaty workout-durable-pairs nicely woth my Samsung galaxy s22 ultra, I get notifications on this watcher faster than I do on my galaxy watch 5- no problems with the app- I love adding a picture to the face!- when I lift my wrist to see the time it's very responsive unlike the aforementioned trackers I use-20 mm band size makes it very easy to find attractive bands for this-easy to change bands with the quick releaseCons:- need two apps to change the watch face which is a little weird-cannot answer calls or text back (just quick responses)- it's so expensive and the microphone doesn't really add to much to the device... maybe to set reminders through Bixby?-the display is noticeable less attractive then the regular venu 2But for the refurbished part of it to save money? No complaints. It's like new honestly

Excellent Fitness Watch !!
I'm a Samsung Galaxy S3 Frontier user for over 6 years. I loved the watch but it was always a little too big for my wrist. The battery was barely making a full day so it was time to trade up. I love this watch but it is missing some things and has some things I would change. I'm use to the rotating bezel to change functions so switching functions takes a little more thought. It has limited watch faces when compared to the Galaxy. I wish it had a raised bezel or at least sapphire glass...I know I'm going to hit the watch face. As far as a fitness tracker, it's fantastic! I feel the tracking is spot on with little variance (outside of stairs climbed). I haven't found a watch that does that well. Battery life is phenomenal! I'm getting close to 2 weeks if I turn it off when I sleep. Watch is very easy to read in all light and is very light and comfortable. If you want a great fitness watch without spending a fortune, get this one.

Best watch I've owned
I have tattoos on my fore arms. Due to that, most smart watches don't work on my wrist. I've owned a dozen or so, and this is the first one that knows when it's on my wrist and reads a consistent accurate pulse the entire time. The battery also lasts over 7 days when i take it off at night.I purchased the refurb, and it was basically new. I couldn't tell it was ever worn or used in any way besides the packaging not being original. If this watch ever breaks, I'll gladly buy another.

Save and buy "Renewed"
Arrived in a Garmin box clearly marked "refurbished" but nothing said if it was Garmin refurbished or another company refurbished using Garmin boxes. Regardless the product was like new and worked like new also. Lots of information online to help get it set up and working. Must have purchased just in time as the price has increased substantially in about 30 days. I have to guess the supply has decreased or demand has had a great increase. Anyway, if you want a watch that offers nearly unlimited exercise and wellness information, I doubt you could beat this product.

Too difficult to set up
Tried several different smart watches for my learning-disabled son to use easily. This watch, and a few others, were much too difficlt for him, and even me, to set up. I wound up purchasing an Amazfit smart watch that is easy to set up ans very accurate for him to use.
