Quality Product
My wife and I have been purchasing this product for a long time and have always found it very pleasing.We particularly enjoy the noodles when added to a 'stir fry' recipe. Without doubt we would recommend them to all friends and relatives.

They are not udon noodles...
Only flat noodles like linguine. Neither texture nor taste is close to udon.. not worth the money! Disappointed..
