I was prescribed iron supplements by my physician, and have been very satisfied with this supplement. My labs improved in a couple of months, and I have a lot more energy. I love that they are easy to swallow, and I haven't had issues with constipation. They do have a bit of a sweet earthy taste, but I got used to it.

These Megafood iron blood builder supplements work very well for me. There is a noticeable fatigue when I don't take them and there isn't constipation when I do. You do have to take 2 if you buy the mini pill. I use the regular. It is easy to swallow. Be aware the pill comes in 2 sizes and the bottle is not marked well. I wish they would make a clear indication that a bottle is mini. The tiny word "mini" as you can see in the attached picture is not noticeable. I purchased a bottle of the regular not realizing and since the pill size is not noticeable to me, I continued to consume 2 a day, which with a non-soluble supplement can be very dangerous. I would suggest the company make the cap a different color or the word "mini-take 2" more clear.

This brand and these iron pills work really well and dont cause constipation like normal iron pills. It is made from real food and has many other vitamins from natural food. I will continue buying these.
