Totally under powered
It is underpowered.. The commercials show it shaving long hair. In practice it cannot cope with my beard, and I am not especially hairy. Maybe beards in China are less dense, and it works there, but this product is unsuitable and ineffective for an average US beard.

False advertisement
Does not work like it’s advertised or shown. Doesn’t even cut the stubble on my face. Pulls the hair when I first got it. I used a razor and tried again two days later and still didn’t cut that little bit of hair. I should have read the reviews before purchasing it.

This razor should not even be on the market. The commercial is a complete fraud. This razor could not cut anything using it is like massaging my face you people should be ashamed of yourself for putting out such a product.
