I have required a catheter since June due to an enlarged prostate and as a consequence have suffered a series of water infections. A friend told me that that Lemon Balm acts as an antiseptic so I thought I'd give these teabags a try. Maybe coincidental but touch wood since mid August I've had no reoccurences.Not a strong lemon flavour but tastes fine and unlike at least one alternative which shed most of the bag's leaves into the cup these teabags have been pretty sturdy.

I initially bought this as it’s good for relaxing but then discovered it’s good for your tummy too...Taste is hard to describe but it’s delicate and pretty nice. Triple win!It doesn’t put you to sleep or anything. If you drink it in the day it’s just relaxing but if you have it in the evening an hour or so before bed it does help to make you feel more drowsy.A lot better value if you buy the 6-pack deal rather than a single box. I will definitely buy it again.

Nice quality tea, and a good alternative to regular English breakfast or a cuppa coffee.
