After a ton of research, I ended up getting this instead of the GoPro thinking it would work better. After only 8 months of VERY minimal and light use, the display screen randomly will not turn on now, although the camera does. Makes it impossible to update the firmware as everything is only accessible via the settings on the camera (including serial number they request when filing a claim)...The camera also has a terrible app you have to download on the PC and phone to even see the footage and while it seems to run well on my phone, it is impossible to edit or watch footage on the computer due to how slow and glitchy the app makes the video (who would even want to edit hours of footage on a phone??) something I feel they might have done specifically to force folks to download the app instead like so many other companies seem to do now. I have also had several other issues with it overheating, lost footage and incredibly short battery life during my short ownership and use.I am now in the process of filing a claim with the manufacturer but I just want my money back at this point and I am sure they will request I send it in for 'repairs' and will be without anything to record for however long this is going to take. Reading other reddit reviews it seems I may be SOL for a while...Don't waste your money on this garbage. I honestly don't get the hype.

The camera is great, accessories that come with it are complete garbage.

The front camera lense has a big scratch in it and the selphy stick was broken on the bottom where it connects to a mount/tripod. None of the parts are genuine Insta360 accessories which I should have expected, but I really only need the chest mount to work well and it appears to be good. This seller clearly does not inspect their merchandise or simply doesn't care about selling defective equipment. It would be nice if they offered to send me a replacement camera. If they do, I will update my review.

I would strongly advise against buying this. The accessories are junk. Worse than junk. My I360 head mount broke within the first five minutes under very little stress. I’m glad I didn’t have it mounted to my bike and out on the road when it broke. The camera is fine, but the accessory kit is garbage. You can do better for a few bucks more.

Stick broke and the camera flew out and broke and got scratched. Cheaply made.

Came without accessories. Sent it back and never got a refund.
