Purchase a new label maker and rec'd a used dirty product :-(
I have used the PL200 for many years with my business but this delivery was less than expected. Rec'd a used dirty product with no battery charger, dirt in the label cartage and scratches on the screen.

HATE the keyboard layout!
It works decently well, eats batteries too quickly, the print quality is sometimes choppy with the standard labels (The photo provided is from the original label spool), and I absolutely hate the keyboard layout in a sequential alphabet. REALLY should have been a modified QWERTY, or something more typing-intuitive than sequential alphabet.

The Beast
I just got it and so far, I'm pretty impressed. It's big and heavy, feels very "industrial". Tons of functions and shortcut buttons. Still learning how to use it, but it's awesome for labeling network cables.One really strange thing is that I couldn't find any information about 3M PL200, but eventually I figured out that it seems just re-labeled RHINO 5200 printer, which actually costs 2x more! I don't get it, but hey I'm happy to save money :)Printer does come with 3/4" wide labels which are extremely big, even for cables... I immediately ordered 1/4" labels.Labeler needs 6xAA batteries, or optional battery pack and it has DC power adapter port (but no adapter is included).Only thing I didn't like and why I took one star off is that keys are very mushy and sometimes key-presses don't register, so I have to press buttons pretty hard...

Good label maker
Very good labeller, although the description said that it was used and that it could come with scratches, it came impeccable, without a scratch, I have used it for 3 months and it continues like the first dayMuy buena etiquetadora, aunque la descripción decía que era usada y que podría venir con rayones, vino impecable, sin un rayón, la he usado por 3 meses y continua como el primer día
