A really good buy works well

Well made but has one fault
Very well made product but the nose pieces are too small for me as it leaked out of nostril I was filling into .only i had a tip off a previous other device I wouldn't be able to use it ..I have to add I am nearly 90% plus blocked with swollen sinus so need full flow no leaks ...so if there were a few different size tips. Large / medium / small to suit everyone it would be better
