Lifesaver
The strap is a little short but this was life changing... total game changer for treating my shoulder. When you're putting it in the strap though, be careful because it's of course very hot without the cover on yet

It's a small sized hot water bottle, good for what it is, really cute, but I was expecting it to be bigger.

You need it to be bigger so a larger person can use it
The only problem I have with this item is the it's not big enough for a larger person so I had to put elastic on it so it can fit around my waist but apart from the the item does what is says on the description so I'm very happy with it
