I ordered this turner as replacement for my old silicone turner, that had served me for about 5 years before breaking. I wanted something durable and versatile so decided to try this one based on its excellent reviews.Build quality is good, it has a sturdy stainless steel handle, which also looks good in a kitchen.The spatula itself is of nylon, not as flexible as silicone, nor as hard as plastic. The edge is thin and allows to easily slide below food even if it sticks to the pan. It's marked to be safe up to 210C/410F.My only concern is about the lifetime of the item. I used it for about 10 days and a very little 'curl' of black plastic material has already come off the edge of the spatula. This while I scratched the bottom of a hot pan to grill some food. The pan was quite hot so it was - I guess - close to the 210C limit, but still this is normal everyday use had not happened in 5 years with my previous cheap turner.I'll post an update on this after a few months of use.

Great to use light and flexible

Love this. Not too long, really easy to use and head doesn't flex. Will look at more in this range.

I purchased this item in July 2021 and wish I had chosen something else. I purchased it because it is stainless steel which complements other similar items that I have. The handle is sturdy and solid but the spatular aspect is flimsy and useless. It's not suitable for use in a kitchen or anywhere else - it cannot pick up a fried egg, turn over a pancake or anything you might cook in a frying pan. Consequently, I think this product should be taken off the market because it's not fit for purpose.I am a very disappointed customer.
