Box contained 4 identical feet, mountable as front n/s, front o/s, rear n/s and rear o/s. A cross bar between each pair makes up the system ( 4 feet and 2 cross bars).

Q: How does the pay load figure of 100kg work? Is it per cross bar, per corner mount or per set (2 x bars)?

On the pair of bars. However, check the specifications of your particular vehicle as may be less than bar limit.
