great product, great service.

It would have been a 5 start but it's a bit fiddly to open.

Access panel in ceiling to get at ceiling extractor fan motor to replace it.

Flimsy, with gaps around the door panel so that if fitted there would be draughts. It was not clear from the information that the panel needs about 6 cm along the bottom edge for it to go back into the cavity. I needed to fit it against wood therefore the panel would not open enough for me to get my hand in to reach the stop cock. Not fit for purpose.

It fits perfectly into the access made for a stopcock. It looks very neat and tidy. I ordered it one afternoon and it arrived the next morning, a day earlier than estimated. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

The size guide is in correct. Pointless having it apart from ensuring your order is going to be wrong if working to accurate sizes.

Looks great and very simple to install. Mechanism is a bit clunky but to be honest it still works for me as it’s not something I would open regularly so it’s still a fantastic product from my perspective

I would have loved to keep this product as it was great quality and value for money. Unfortunately the opening measurement was not 300 x 500 mm. Nothing like!
