Great value for this pot. We are going all natural with cast iron and needed something with a more non-stick type surface for saucy dishes. It is heavy duty, cleans well, and a great size for a family of 3.

As my bread baking as been kicked up a notch, I want to give more of it away. Instead of giving partial loaves, I decided to find a small pot for the baking. After a big hunt here on Amazon, I found these pans. It is a 3 quart. But more importantly, the shape of it is perfect for bread. It is a bit narrower at the bottom than the top. That allows for the loaf to come out of the pan easily. This is the third bake I have done with the pans. They are terrific. Wash up easily with soap and water. I didn’t use parchment paper as nothing sticks. I used a recipe for a 950g loaf and divided it in half. As you can see, it baked nicely. I highly recommend.

I do a lot of cooking and I have a little larger one alsoIt says it is chip resistant . It has a small chip in it on the lid. I have my other one which if they chip, they begin to rust so everything is great . They are cast-iron so they are heavy so you have a hard time with lifting heavy items they are not easy to lift

Love this little Dutch oven. Wanted one for the RV, that can be used on both gas and induction. No need for specialty pans for induction cooking. Cast iron works fantastic. Did not need a large one, since it is just the two of us. Have used this for grits and for dinner. It is such a great size. Because of its small size, it is not too heavy either. Can definitely recommend this.
