It's breathable, perfect size and really worth the price, the materials is quality and very comfortable to wear all day, its looks great and the slimming effect is perfect

Think mines a tad too big so could have sized down but definitely makes me built up a sweat

The item arrived the next day as promised. It is in a neat storage pouch which is compact and reusable. On opening the pouch I found the waist trainer to be surprisingly soft but also sturdy and very well made. The quality of the materials and the construction is excellent and there was no rubber smell. It also has a gorgeous blue lining which is an added nice touch which sets it apart from many similar items. There are 3 rows of hooks and eyes on the inner section which make it adjustable to your needs and the outer section has a zip. The waist trainer is comfortable during wear but still provides good support to the abdominal area and the back due to 4 plastic bones.I was between sizes and went up a size as recommended in the size guide and that was the best decision. Overall this is a great garment at a very reasonable price.

This item is brilliant!I am a size 14, so purchased the large size, which fit perfectly.When I first put this on, it felt really tight and I thought I was going to pass out. However, I took note of the advice, which was that after two days it would feel fine and that’s exactly what happened. On the third day, I could barely feel the corset around my waist, and I’ve been able to walk around and sit around in great comfort.It cinches my waist perfectly.I may well buy another one.Thank you.

Not as good as rubber ones but holds stomach in comfortable if wearing jeans on night out, as for losing weight I don't think so

This is way too small (at least two sizes). Brought a large but need a XXL

It really good , it actually makes you sweat waau nice

Good purchase, fits right size and they stay in place, but not have much sweat as it's supposed to. But probably if your doing like a gym work out will help.
