Having moved house, we had to modernise both bathrooms.We went for the Grohe Crometta for both bathrooms and are glad we did!Excellent engineering, good looking, great performance.Showering is a real pleasure.You can't beat Grohe for reliability and good quality. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent quality shower which I am sure will last for many years to come. It feels well made, not plastic. The rain shower is heaven... reminds me of the monsoon rain in Singapore.I particularly wanted a shower with a lever, not a knob, as they are easier to operate with dodgy wrists and I wanted a manuel mixer. Thermostatic valves never last more than 5-6 years. It is really difficult to find a shower with this combination.NOTE: The diverter knob will not function unless water is actually flowing through the shower. To change from rain to hand held you need to reduce the flow or the knob will not move. This is how the diverter is designed to operate. My plumber thought the showerer was faulty, because the knob will not stay down unless it is plumbed in and water is running through it.It's a lovely shower and I would buy it again.

A beautifully made product. I installed this myself which game me a sense of the quality of this unit.My wife prefers the hand held shower, which we have lowered to suit her height, whereas I prefer the overhead (rainforest) shower head, which is a shower sensation.If you are installing this yourself, be prepared to cut the pipe to length - I had to buy a large pipe cutter and getting one that made a clean cut wasn’t that easy, so practice before committing to your final cut.

This is the second Hansgrohe shower mixer I have bought recently. The results are just what I wanted. You need to be careful in selecting which model because there are many variations of similar showers from Hansgrohe. I have two minor reservations. 1) the inscribed titles on the two knobs are not very easy to read when you are standing in the shower (the other unit I bought previously had coloured inscriptions for hot v cold and for rain head v hand held shower. I note that where I live in SW London, the rain shower head needs a frequent but quick rub over the nipples to get rid of limescale. In summary, a great shower to buy at a reasonable price.

Pieces are missing from the box. We are doing house renewation. Just opened the box and now can’t fit it
