I practice a healthy and holistic lifestyle, which is why I decided to try Global Healing HMC.Let’s just point out right away that this is about my personal feelings (who else would I write about?), and there won’t be any medical references or complex terms. I’ll simply share how it went.Be prepared for reactions to Global Healing HMC! After doesn’t mean as a result, but it seems to me that in the first few days after starting the supplement, I had some redness on my face. I think this indicates that the product is clearly working, but if we're going for detox, this alone won't be enough—you need to drink more water and have detox smoothies in general.Many here complain about the taste, but I wouldn’t say it’s terrible. Yes, it's strong, but not to the point of making you want to vomit. After all, we’ve spent so much time eating sweet and tasty things that harm our health, so it’s time for other solutions.In my opinion, the product really works; I have more energy and clearer thinking during and after taking it. However, you should understand that it’s not a stimulant; it simply releases your natural potential by detoxifying heavy metals.

This stuff is super powerful!! Be sure to start this on a weekend as you may have a herx reaction. Be sure to be doing some other detox methods along with this like drinking plenty of water and maybe juicing! I woke up the next day after taking this and had a reaction where my face was blood red! I realize this means this is working!! Obviously, this works, but be prepared for possible reactions! This is what you want something that actually is getting rid of the toxins, which may not always be totally pleasant. So research some other detox methods to go along with it like maybe detox baths!!!!

Been using it for maybe three weeks now. The taste is not bad as the reviews have said. Reminds me of organic fruit rolls or raisins. After I let it sit for 15 seconds I drink water with it and it helps it even more. Still waiting to see if there's any physical changes. I haven't been the best at sticking to my diet and not eating junk food and sometimes I'll eat something only an hour after taking it which it says to wait for two. Will update when the bottle is complete.

I did not like the taste of this product, but I like the company and use various vitamins and pills of theirs. I have found putting it under my tongue, waiting the 15 seconds then quickly swallowing with lots of water makes it tolerable.

Still sets the bar for formulation

I did some research on the internet to see if the ingredients actually do what the product suggest. At 73 years old, I am feeling pretty good, still very active, but am very aware of enviornmental pollutants and the existance of heavy metals in many of the foods that we eat. I treat it like insurance. I have never been tested for the presence of heavy metals in my body if that is even possible? So I cannot make any hard claims as to the effectiveness of the product.
