Recently I bought SwiGo smart.. which is very smart product ....for the past two months using this product with my openwell submersible motor really working smart, see how...Time saving(no need to watch the motor ...automatically switch off after requested time) , power saving(which will run for preset time then automatically getting switched off) , saving water by not overflowing from Overheadtank, important thing safeguarding my submersible motor.. When you forget to switch off the motor.. Very important thing is after sales service.. If you make call for the given number.. Very prompt and patient reply.. Great Thanks to SwiGo Smart.... Keep it up.. Really iam Fan of your product..

Swigo works very well as a timer switch. I used it for 6+ month.Later upgraded to swigo smart + starter. Buttons are little bit hard on smart model.Swigo does not have their own app, they are relying on third party app(smart life). This is a big drawback. For initial binding of swigo smart with mobile app, we need to use bluetooth to connect. As we need to do internet configuration. After that we can control it from anywhere. The main problem with this approach is incase if remote connection is lost, when u use the app. The app could not find the device and asking to turn on bluetooth to reconnect. So u need to be present at the place to connect it over bluetooth and configure internet. they don't have recovery / retry mechanism. This spoils the reputation of product.Suggestion to buyer:Instead of buying swigo smart switch, buy only starter from swigo and use smart plug from 3rd party.For example I have qubo 16amp plug, that recovered automatically after internet outage, where as swigo smart failed to recover.

Smart Feature is useless for Operating the Submersible pump as you need to purchase Self Starter separately for automated operation through App. So, Rs 2175 for this switch and Rs 1075 for self starter which i had to purchase separately. Total Rs 3250 is too expensive for the process.
