This is going to sound silly, maybe, but I wish the bracelet band were a tiny bit longer. I’ll explain.I was throwing a little tea party with sandwiches and cakes, and I wanted some kind of napkin rings. I was poking around here on Amazon looking for something different and saw these and thought, ‘hey this might work!’—it one hundred percent did! I picked up this main base kit, about four or five of the extra themed sets, and finally a few of the loose glitter piece bags to make these little personalized napkin rings for the place settings.The theme of the party was a mashup between toys and nostalgia, and I can’t say enough just how popular these ‘napkin rings’ were ! I’d placed a couple of bowls filled with the extra pieces at each end of the table so people could add to theirs as they liked or just redo them completely.They were such a big hit. Everyone loved them, there was a ton of trading of bracelets, folks making them for their friend across the table or the person sitting next to them or their grandchildren, sorting through the bowls, all kinds of excited happy chatter. The only sad note was that most of us wanted to wear them and some couldn’t. The bracelet band just fit my wrist and I’m not very big; there were a few women who couldn’t get theirs to close and they were gloomy about it! One of my friends solved the problem by hanging hers from the rearview, which I know is awful, but it went to her grandson as soon as she got home so I think it was okay.I know this is a kid’s product, and I don’t want to take away from their fun, or ask for something that would make this into something overpriced and not-fun. Still, I feel pretty certain that the good people at Lego are well aware that there are lots and lots of grown ups who still love Lego too, and I think you could charge a little bit more for a couple more inches of bracelet. Maybe sell the bands separately?I don’t want to say *exactly* how old we all are, but we had such a good time! Thanks for an inexpensive, cute way to get people excited and into the party mood. Really festive and fun—I’m kicking myself for not taking pictures, but then again we were busy having a blast! If it worked for us I’m sure it would work for a child’s party, too.Give it a shot! And take pictures! 🥳

The Lego DOTS bracelet kit was absolutely the best discovery and purchase we made last holiday season. Every little girl who received one was enamored with this wonderful idea. A Lego-based arts and crafts activity has provided countless hours of enjoyment as stated by the girls who received them and their parents. A hit!Depending on the age of the child, a bit of adult or older sibling supervision will go a long way towards their enjoyment of the bracelets and within a couple of week's they will be the masters of design at home. As something that will provide many, many hours of entertainment, we highly recommend this Lego activity.

Gave as a gift for granddaughter (4). She and her 7 year old sister and 9 year old brother had them all made quickly and were showing them off. I like that they had the initial excitement but can also take them apart and redo the to look completely different.

This is a really fun product! We bought this as a birthday gift for our 6 year old son. He really enjoyed making a bracelet for himself, his dad, and I. It is really use to design one in just a few minutes and simple to click the charms onto the bracelet. It is nice that you can rebuild the bracelets as many times as you want if you get board of the current design. The down side is that the Lego dots charms that click on the bracelet can pop off fairly easily if you brush your arm up against something. And sadly I lost a charm within the first couple days of wearing it. So it's fun, but not super practical. As long as that doesn't bother you it is a great gift and super fun for kids.

My kids love it! We are Lego dots fans! You really can create your own design and style with these little pieces. Good alternative for screen.

This was a great gift. My 5.5 year old enjoyed making bracelets and used the dots to decorate other Lego items. As a mom I was entertained too!
