I have an old church key, it doesn't work well anymore. This one is great and since it has a magnet, I keep it handy on the side of my refrigerator. I wish that I hadn't waited so long to get the new one.

I lost my previous can/bottle opener, but this one has a magnet! Very sharp and well made. Recommended.

It's a magnetic bottle opener. It opens bottles. It punches holes in cans. Even sticks to the fridge.My last "magnetic" bottle opener only did two of those three, slowly sliding down the fridge until it disappeared on the floor. So this new one is great.Pros: it does what it's supposed to. And comes in a two pack for when I inevitably lose one.Cons: the shiny metal finish looks a bit cheap and like it will scratch easily. Would've loved a classy brushed nickel. But then again, the openers ARE cheap so I can't really complain that they look that way. Functionality wins.

It looks like a bottle opener....hopefully it'll work like one. I don't really need the magnet, but the metal does seam like it's cheaply coated and could possible bend easily if not for the magnet on the back. I'd rather it just be stainless steel. I figured, I go ahead and review this base on appearance since I don't open many bottles so this will only be used occasionally at home. The other one is for my daughter to take to college. Once I get feedback from my daughter, I will update my review.

I cut about 45 cans of turbine oil per week with these and I’ve had this for 2 months. The magnet is great because I can stick this to the top of an oil can, and I have a spare stuck to the outside of my toolbox. I have had no bending of the metal yet. The only issue I had was from the oil deteriorating the adhesive on the magnet and the magnet fell off, but that was to be expected if the oil got on the magnet. Will buy these again if and when the metal does eventually break. Most of you buying this are probably using this on like juicy juice cans and are sticking this on your fridge. Given that you aren’t using these in an industrial setting these will last you a lifetime.

Magnet fell off of one of them immediately. I can't speak to function, as my kids took them to college.
