Handy and Accurate
This is a good buy - especially if you check tyres with both Shrader and Presta valves. Easy to work. Adjustable head is a great innovation n tight spots (e.g., bike spokes). Does tend to auto-shutoff quickly, but otherwise works well and is very accurate.

Good kit
Nice little unit, both types of valve fittings. Lightweight. Has a backlight on display which is handy.

Very good
Very good build quality. Accurate. Portable and light. Easy to use on my motorbike( can be used on cars and bicycles as well). Good seal with valve. Really impressed. Considering ordering a second one to carry in my bicycle saddle bag(that’s how light it is)

Could be better
Could of been better thought out as the head does not rotate 360 degrees so you have to play about with wheel position in order to be able to read the display. Unfortunately Amazon never sent the current version to me so with this one you have to remove it from the valve and re attach it to get the current air pressure after altering the pressure with the deflate button, which means its guess work as to whether you have let the right amount of air out , so lots of fiddling. The current version has a live pressure reading so you can deflate accurately, so disappointed that Amazon sent out the old version to me, even though a refurbished purchase, I would have expected the current model. There is a knack to using the air checker, where by you have to force it on to the valve hard and quick in order not to loose air, once you have the knack it is quick and easy to use.

Good for checking tyre pressures on your bicycle.
Functioning works well, digital is easier to read.

Should’ve bought this years ago!
I wanted this to get more accurate pressures for my gravel and MTB: my old track pump gauge goes up to 160 psi so was difficult to fine-tune pressures below 30 psi.The Airchecker had great reviews so I ordered it. But when it arrived it showed much, much lower pressures than the track pump that I e been using for 15 years: on my gravel bike it read 25.4 psi but track pump read ~35. Then on my road tyres it read only 42.5 psi, despite 80 psi on the track pump! I was worried: was my track pump actually overestimating pressures by 40-90%?? Or was the Airchecker actually rubbish? One other review said it can be inaccurate on first use and suggested to remove and then reinsert the battery. I did this: still no agreement between this and my pump. I then went to my local bike shop to test it against their pump (Zefal pump in the attached photos). This showed very close agreement with the 25.4 psi measured by the Airchecker (and I also validated it for several higher pressures). I’ve since bought a TopPeak Jow Blow pump that also agrees with the Airchecker. So, the good news is that the Airchecker is accurate. It’s really good at fine-tuning pressures for off-road riding. And small enough to take with you on rides (in case you want to test the real-world effects of different pressures). The bad news is that I’ve been running tyres at 50-60% of intended pressure for who knows how long 😱! Maybe the silver lining is I’ll be much faster now?Lesson learned: don’t always trust your track pump. I wish I bought one of these a few years ago…
