Sage 50 Pro Accounting 2023 U.S. with Payroll 1-Year Subscription Small Business Accounting Software

Just because the box and disk include payroll, doesn't mean you can use payroll. After 30 minutes on hold I still have no idea how much the payroll subscription is going to cost.There were also numerous issues with the data transfer and conversion from QuickBooks. So many transactions were mishandled that my previously closed checking accounts are showing up with balances in the hundreds of thousands, and the account currently in use for the last 10 years is out of balance by $1.4 million, which of course means nothing in my current books can be considered reliable until I go in and offset erroneous transactions because the beginning balance data imported can't be edited. Previous bad debts are showing up in accounts receivable. this is a nightmare!

They can't find my account and they cant help me because I dont have a account # they locked down my sage program and now I cant get to my account # and they cant seem to look me up. Then the IT guy says well do you want to pay for the service contract, but they couldnt find my account so I couldnt even pay extra to get my stuff back. So now they are holding my crap for ransom and they have me locked out of it. This is the worst crap ever. Anyone have a suggestion on what program dpesnt screw you this hard?? If I could give a negative number I would. You think you pay $240 for a program it would be atleast a year. Nope 8 months. Grrrrrr. Dont get this program cause if you do you better be prepared to pay your blood money.
