For me it did nothing for me.I didn't even get one good hour of sleep.

Having used Relaxuium for a few months and it did nothing for me, I tried this a few months ago.I have definite sleep issues and these seem to allow me to actually fall asleep sooner. It used to take me2 to 3 hours to fall asleep and now I will withing 1 to 2.If I need to get up at night I will fall right back to sleep but if I have 5 hours of sleep and wake up... which I usually do... I will not get back to sleep then????

Bought these because my elderly dad says they help him get to sleep easier, which is something he struggles with. As I was putting the suggested 2 pills in each of his 4 weekly pill boxes, I got to day 26 and the just opened bottle that supposedly held 60 capsules, was empty! They shorted us 6 pills! I will not be buying these again when I can’t trust that my dad is getting his moneys worth when his fixed income already limits him enough! Do better @greathealthworks!Update to add: My dad requested I do buy them again, as they helped. I complied, hoping the first time was a fluke. Nope, it was not; this bottle was short 12 pills! Do not buy from this seller!!
