Works , clears the nose.
This is a natural salt spray to clear the nose and sinuses. It works, and pretty well, but to be honest if you want to clear your sinuses REALLY well you are better off buying one of the many kits available on amazon which come with a large saline sinus cleaning solution. There are many brands available on here. search Amazon for "sinus rinse kit" or similar. These are used over a bathroom sink when clearing your nose. There are many manufacturers.This Sterimar spray is better to have for quick rinses or to have in your pocket while away from homeIt does work.
