I am never used this herb before.I am on AIP diet, which doesn't allow any seeds. I love the flavor of fenugreek. I am using it everything: in meat, fish, sauces.The only one complain: pieces are a little bit big for me, so I ground part of herbs (not in a powder, just smaller pieces) and I keep it in small Mason jar.

Fresh in the package came in time & soaked very well for a deep enriched tea quality packaging kept the herbs fresh & the smell was as if the leaves were still right off the plant

I used it as an ingredient in a homemade hair oil. It's a wonderful additive for what I wanted to achieve.
