One of best I ever used!
One of the best air cons I have ever used in my home or office. It's so silent that you wouldn't even notice whether it's on. The Amazon delivery was prompt. You can also directly contact Daikin Customer Care for the installation. (Or else, you can wait upto three days till it goes via Amazon's system to them). I called Daikin at 1:30 pm and they sent the personnel at 4:30 pm on that same day. The guy was very professional, did a thorough job and was very helpful. Just that, although there are core cutting charges mentioned seperately, Daikin needs time to arrange this help. Because core cutting resource needs to be obtained externally by them and that may require some lead time. So at the time of booking, be sure to mention this. The only hiccup I faced was that Daikin never confirmed about core cutting and I mentioned at the last moment and hence I had to arrange that resource on my own. But honestly, Daikin and I, we both were equally at fault. All in all, it's a fantastic product, Amazon does a great job with delivery and Daikin's service is very professional. Definitely a must buy!

Dropped Dead in net 40 days. Zero cooling.
With so much hype around it spent a larger amount and went for Diaken 1.5 ton 3 years back. It stopped working exactly around end of second season. Wouldnt term it full two years even. Even after much pushbacks again went for diaken thinking i bought an underpowered AC for a 200 sqft room. So went for 1.8 ton this time. And this one broke previous ones record too. Gave up and died in 40 days. The installation team in not companys ow and is outsourced who have zero regard for product and dont mind bending and hitting the copper tubes. Their target is to just complete installation and exit asap. No checks performed whatsoever. Pathetic product and pathetic brand. Looks like they have all paid marketing fooling customers and fleecing them. Never ever Diaken again. Just a metal junk of no use in few days. Useless piece of machine at the ultra high cost. Such a waste.

Review
Daikin always standsout when it comes to design and quality. It works and looks great. I will give 5 start for equipment.But my issue is with service part. No proper dealers for installation. After installation of my split ac they toll payment and left. After a hour i have found earth leakage in the equipment. When i called and followed up rigorously but dealer did not respond. So myself found the issue and rectified. Hope daikin takes dealership and service seriously.
