This is a great condiment. I hesitate to call it hot sauce, because IMHO it isn't all that hot, but I have a pretty good tolerance for the heat. Really great flavor, I especially like it on Italian food, but it goes great over eggs and other dishes, as well. Slightly fruity taste, pretty good value for the price, definitely worth putting into your rotation if you like spicy stuff. About like Cholula in heat, which is to say not much.

A fine sauce for pizza and eggs. The first ingredient is roasted red pepper, which gives the sauce a slightly sweet initial taste, but then a mild heat from Calabrian chiles hits the tongue. It is a nice flavor combination. I generally go for sauces with more heat but this is a nice option for something different. I think this would be a fine sauce for someone who doesn't care for intense levels of heat but still likes a little kick.

We found this on a road trip, I loved it because it wasn't too spicy, it has great flavor that's truly universal. Disappointed that I only got a bottle and my Italian family would have liked it I took to looking and was pleased to find it in bulk. I don't recall what I paid for the single bottle but I'm pleased with the price for this many

I bought this for a friend who loves hot sauce and is of Italian heritage. It seemed ideal. He liked it. It has good flavor, although it is a very mild heat (his judgement is not average in terms of heat). I did not realize that I could have bought it at the grocery store where I live though. I probably wouldn't have had it shipped to me if I had known it was pretty widely available.

Great change of taste than the usual hot sauce. It has a spicy yet sweet taste that goes well on pizza, meatball sandwich and other foods. Love it!

Oh my gosh this stuff is so amazing. I eat it on anything that needs a kick of flavor. It's not really hot but it tastes so good!

I love this mushroom hot sauce taste so much. Especially in pasta, also I like to add some on my chips.The due date is 03/2023 is clearly on the bottles. Only one bottle is left at the moment.
