exceptional quality knives
These knives are the ones you have been looking for. You are probably a keen amateur home cook and have been frustrated with normal choices, Global etc. These will be the finest you will ever buy. They are not cheap but represent good value as you WILL take care of them and should last a lifetime if properly cared for. Razor sharp, first sharpen came after about 10months of continual use, they look amazing. Top tip! dont let anyone use them unless they are supervised,they are extremely sharp and should be treated with respect. Never ever dishwash them, invest in good sharpening system, egde-pro or similar. Wise investment.Ex exec/sous chef, now happy hacker at home.
