Helps with a better sleep
Very good product. Easy to use.The patches are sticking really well.The colour of the patches is definitely changes to dark overnight. Not sure what it means. In anyway, it helps psychologically to have a better sleep.Recommend, hoping for a detox.

Excellent value for money comfortable to wear and adheres to the skin well ( I wear sock over for extra fitting).Marked improvement to my sleep pattern wake up feeling rested and revived.Pain free and ready for the day.N

Good but not sticky.
Used a few times to help with sleeping, found that if you aren’t wearing socks the patches unstick very easily.

Was sceptical but so far very good
I haven’t slept properly for months. OTC herbal tablets leave me feeling groggy. Really don’t want to start on the prescribed meds route. Was sceptical but pretty desperate for a decent night’s sleep so thought these were worth a try.If the first couple of night’s results continue, I’ll be taking out a subscription. The first night I woke once (as opposed to at least half a dozen times most nights) and the second, it took a while to nod off as usual - but during that time I could feel a tingling sensation in my feet so something was happening - but I didn’t wake again for 6 hours. Best, solid sleep I’ve had in a long time.Of course, could be psychosomatic but either way I don’t care, I got to sleep.Gave 4 stars only because by morning on the first use they were unstuck on one edge on both feet but that was remedied by surgical tape. The result, for me, was 5 star.
