I’m on my second container of these and do believe that there is a difference. I take them most days, and, if I miss a day, I notice that I have more trouble with recall and vise-versa. I have them on a subscription now.The flavor is fantastic. I would eat them as a snack any day!

I wasn't sure if I'd like the flavor with these but after trying them, I now take 2 daily. They seem to help with my overall feeling and metabolism. I like these gummies & the ingredients. I don't dread taking them because they are so good.Honestly though, after taking them for over a month now, I can't tell any difference.I will continue taking them & I'm about to order another months worth to see if it needs more time.If I don't see a difference at the end of that bottle, I won't buy any more.
