Does really a good product when you’re bbq hotdogs on the grill without burning one side. It glides across the grill horizontally and vertically without any effort.

4-stars due to lack of easy use on a grill that has crossing grates. If your grill has a grill grate similar to a typical charcoal grill, it will move smoothly. In the areas of my grill that have cross sections, it bound up and the hot dogs stopped rolling. I adapted and made it work.

Seemed too small to rotate dogs and sausages

We had a hotdogs roller back in the day we Love this for the grill..just getting my Husband another one!

We just bought a hotdog cart and I was really excited to find this item. So disappointed! It is a shiny chrome...almost like a toilet paper roll in a 70s bathroom. I don't think it will hold up to heat and scrubbing very well. Of course I will never find out because it won't stay together. The piece of frame that holds the rollers in doesn't fit right. As a result the rollers fall out. I will have to look for a better quality item with the same premise.

I saw reviews where they said it doesn't roll. I found that to be true if used on a griddle, but when I placed it on the grates it worked fine and made the hot dogs cook very evenly just by rolling them a quarter turn in the same amount of time (90 seconds a quarter turn) twice, great results.
