I GOT THE 3mm VERSION OF THIS WONDERFUL PRODUCT. I WAS TOLD BY MY DOCTOR THAT I HAD A HEEL SPUR. IT STARTED ONE MORNING...GOT BETTER THEN ABOUT 50% BETTER...BUT NEVER WENT AWAY. THE FIRST DAY I PUT ON THE PLANTAR FASCIITIS HEEL PROTECTOR...THE PAIN WENT AWAY THE WHOLE DAY, AND AT NIGHT WHEN I TOOK IT OFF MY FOOT WAS NOT SWOLLEN LIKE BEFORE AT THE END OF THE DAY. I WAS KINDA DEPRESSED WITH THIS PAIN ON MY LEFT HEEL....BUT NOW IT'S MANAGABLE WHILE THE PAD IS ON. MY WHITE ATHLETIC SOCKS FIT RIGHT OVER THEM WHILE I PLAY SPORTS AND WEAR TENNIS SHOES. I SENT MY DR. AN EMAIL AND HE ORDER SOME TO TRY ON HIS PATIENTS....HE KNOWS ME SO WELL AND WE HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR RELATIONSHIP, SO HE TRUSTS ME.THANK YOU. I'M BACK AMONG THE LIVING. GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WON'T BE SORRY. EASY TO PUT ON IN THE MORNING....MAYBE 1 MINUTE EXTRA TIME BEFORE YOUR SOCKS TO GET THEM IN THE RIGHT POSITION.I'M HOPING MY HEEL SPUR GOES AWAY....BUT IF NOT I HAVE A CHANCE NOW TO LIVE NORMALLY WITHOUT THE PAID.I HAVE NEVER...NEVER...NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW ON AMAZON...AND THIS DESERVES A THUMBS UP.

These really didn't help my Plantar Fasciitis. But they do cushion the blow some. I have tried inserts and other contraptions and really nothing is helping. Seems to work well for some and they are not bad, but it just didn't take away any pain for me.

I think is a waste of money I did not find any relief

I just couldn’t believe how fantastic these heel protectors have been. I went to the podiatrist who gave me some heel pads. They did nothing and even destroyed the heel to toe balance on my foot. This heel protector was amazing. My heels have never been this comfortable. I am an avid golfer who walks the 7.2 miles on the various courses I play. Wonderful in all respects. Dave

I Like it. It helps relieve the pressure/pain on heel when I walk.

I have used these types of products for many years. This specific order was different than prior orders in that they were extremely thin and NOT durable. I can get one, and if I am lucky, maybe 2 walks out of these before they tear.

I've had debilitating heel/foot pain for 14 years (PF & also self diagnosed as no heel fat pad). This is the only thing that has ever helped some (been to best medical clinics in country & spent tens of thousands on footwear etc.).Be aware -b I do have sensitive skin, but most people don't wear silicone on their body... I started off with itchy red rashes, however like most allergies, if you get used to it, it goes away. That rarely happens anymore, and it helps to use baby powder often, or after they've been worn for a day. Use a cheap container with powder puff. You have to put a little powder on them anyway after you wash them every time.
