I had VERY high expectations for this. It is very good but not quite as good as i hoped. the plastic scraper i dont think really works that well. the garlic sticks in the crevices. I prefer to just scrape it off with a knife.the in-built hole-cleaner works well, and the flipper does work so is fast to crush lots of garlic, easy to clean.if you suffer with weak hands, because it is wider than usual, it is harder to squeeze, but then it also has a longer handle so that helps... but still not as easy as a zyliss. it is definitly easier to clean than usual garlic cleaner. It is a strong and good quality product. It is easier to clean over a zyliss apparently its dishwasher safe (i dont have a dishwasher so can't say) but because i am not strong i would probably go back to a zyliss next time, unless i have a dishwasher.

I have had so many garlic pressers, but this is far superior to all the others; I have only paid upwards of about £10 before, but this one is upwards of £20, but I am well pleased with the product and the price is more than justified. It's sturdy, very well made. I know what will happen, when I need another one or want to get one for someone else, they will be out of stock. I cannot praise this item high enough. It arrived the following day, thank you seller, and I wanted to press garlic as soon as I got home. AAAA++++

A struggle for small hands to use (glove size Small). Doesn't eject the waste quite as easily as shown in the advertising video.It works more easily if you put only small amounts of garlic in at a time. Yes it's ok if you put larger amounts in, but you then need to work harder. Unlike the official video demonstrator, I don't have to hold in my grunts or lively vocabulary resulting from that extra effort.Instead I wish I'd bought  OXO Good Grips Garlic Press - Black  which currently has 205 5-star customer reviews, and is far cheaper.The Garject cleans well in the dishwasher (upper basket) provided you rough-wash/rinse it first, and provided you don't let any garlic mush dry on before you run the dishwasher.

This is a very good garlic crusher that literally jets the garlic out (make sure you're pointing it in a safe direction). Easy to clean though does take a firm hand to use. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that the spring attached to the scraping blade could be stronger and also the scraping blade made of metal, I think they missed a trick here. All in all though a very good product and certainly the best I've ever used

This is a lovely bit of kitchen kit. It’s massively over engineered for a simple garlic press, but if you are an engineering minded person, you’ll love its complexity in trying to practically solve the other irritations of simpler garlic presses. It’s seriously sturdy and heavy too. Best if all, you don’t even have to peel the garlic. Just chuck the cloves in whole :-).

This is THE BEST garlic press I have ever used. If you like your garlic skinless and you like a lot of it but find peeling it a hassle then this is a fab product. It really does peel the cloves and makes the peel easy to remove from the press. I bought this one for a mate as I was so impressed. Their Supoon is also fab - I am obsessed with not wasting that last bit of product from a jar and it is excellent at getting it all out! Bought a job lot for family and friends!

Excellent quality product!! Had it a few months now and cannot fault it. It is ingeniously designed and robustly made. Would recommend this to anyone. It is well worth spending a little more for this one.Update. I have now had this for over 4 years and it is still fantastic. I probably shouldn’t get so passionate over a garlic press but it really has never let me down. I clean it by hand, which is very easy but I dare say it could go in the DW. If you want to be disappointed when using any other press, this is the one for you! Where is the six star button? ;-)

Wish I had bought this years ago! Would have saved hours or finely chopping garlic cloves. It’s quite heavyweight so I use both hands to squeeze down. It has helped a lot with RSI on my arm which has tennis elbow. I sometimes have to use a brush to clean the garlic out.
