Who needs physiotherapy when you've got pillow therapy!! Seriously though, I do have such neck pain and am not the best sleeper but I score these pillows a 10/10. What a difference that they have made to my quality of sleep - like sinking into a cloud of luxurious softness whilst supporting my neck with good spinal alignment. I sent an email to Martian Made willing to pay for a little extra filling. The agent Kira responded within a day and posted additional filling free of charge. I'm so impressed and grateful to her and I have no hesitation in recommending this product as it is of such high merchandisable quality together with super after-sales care. I dont normally right reviews but people need to hear this!Ordered these pullows due to the outstanding reviews, especially from people who suffer with neck pain like me. I tried one for a few nights but still wasn't quite full enough so I messaged them and asked for some more filling (i saw someone else did this from their review), they responded immediately and it came within a few days. I added some more filling and what is amazing is you can use your hand to move the filling around to support a bit more under your neck. I can honestly say, for the past week I've had no pain!!! I can sleep on my sides, which i haven't been able to do for so long and it's feels so comfy and my neck is supported. It is such good quality and bounces back. I have spent and wasted so much money on various different pillows and so took a chance on this but it has really paid off!! Also really affordable! Thank you so much, wonderful company!!

Well, after trying sooo many pillows I thought I would try these & oh my goodness what a delight they are, no more neck, shoulder or head pain, I have Fibromyalgia, Spinal Stenosis, crumbling Rotator Cuff/ extremely severe arthritis in left shoulder blade. Sooo, trying to find a pillow to give me the support, comfort & quality I needed, has been difficult.These pillows out of this world, so is the Company who supply them, they deserve a medal for their outstanding Customer Service, from delivery, to your needs in obtaining the ultimate comfort from your chosen pillow & fellow customers there is more than 1 choice.The 2 pillows arrive boxed in vaccuum packaging, you are advised to leave 48 hours for them to expand to maximum fill, they come with a beautiful zipped cover, protecting the inner great quality cotton zipped pillow, along with a card, telling you how to register the 2 pillows online for their 5 year guarantee cover, yes 5 YEARS.On the card it advises, if you feel you need extra filling to go to the website indicated, state your order number & pillow description.I did cover my 2 pillows with pillow protectors & pillowcase, just to protect the amazing cover they come in, but that is zipped so can be easily removed for washingAfter trying the pillows for a week, I only needed 1 as they do have a good loft & 2 on top of each other 2 high for me, I decided to send for the extra filling & it arrived no problem the NEXT day. Since placing the filling into the inner case, & still plenty left over, I feel for me I have my DREAM PILLOWS.Martian Made as a Company are just FABULOUS to their Customers, there is no hassle contacting them on their websites, you receive lovely replies & to offer extra filling free of charge, is above & beyond normal. I feel sure into the future they still would help.I expected the filling to arrive in a plastic bag, but oh no, it arrived in a good quality blue nylon pull string bag, inside a vaccuum plastic bag, the filling is sooo soft, made up of shredded blue foam & soft lofting material, when you lay your head on the pillow, you feel no lumps or bumps, just ultimate comfort, they weigh quite heavy when you hold them, BUT very little 'fluffing up' the next morning, they just seem to bounce back into a good loft pillow. The price for the quality of these 2 pillows, I feel is reasonable & i feel i will not have to replace inside the 5 years of the guarantee provided, so over time work out very cheaply for 2 pillows.I often do reviews, especially if a good product, but have to say on this occassion I really wish I could score more than 5 stars, as in my opinion apart from the pillows being so well made & presented, for me they are just PERFECT, Martian Made as a Company offer the most outstanding service, I have ever received in some time. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The main selling point for me was the ability to remove as much filling as I needed, to make my pillow comfy. I’ve had so many hard pillows that hurt my neck and back in the past. I started by removing a few handfuls and subsequently, over the course of a few nights, I removed more. In fact, I’ve removed about a carrier bag-worth and it’s finally comfortable! I make sure I plump my pillow up when I make my bed every day.The great thing is that you can ask for more filling if you prefer a hard pillow. Thanks 🙏

The pillows arrived quickly and are really fantastic quality. I waited the best part of a fortnight to review the items and can happily recommend them to anyone. I am 42 and have bought a lot of pillows over the years but these wine, hands down. The pillows have made a massive difference to my general comfort and sleep and reduced the pain I would normally have. Although I would say the pillows were adequately filled for normal use (they do expand within the recommended resting period after unpacking and before use), I had purchased them due to a health condition and required some additional height and firmness so upon receipt I requested additional filling. What stood out in addition to the quality of the items was the brilliant customer service. My request was acknowledged immediately and the filling received by courier delivery within a few days and for no extra charge. The company even emailed to follow up, confirming receipt of the filling and that I was happy with the adjusted height. There are a lot of companies who could learn a thing or two about customer service from these guys! The pillows manage to be both firm and soft and comfortable which is exactly what I needed and for whatever reason I haven't yet had to turn them over to 'the cold side' which is an added bonus! How they hold up in the longer term remains to be seen but they do come with a 5 year warranty after registering which I feel is really reasonable for the price point.
