On time good quality
Thought we would try this in our restaurant as a prelude to buying a more expensive version. Great range works perfectly outside the building with several thick walls. Vibration is a little gentle but the staff are getting used to it. Arrived amazingly the day after ordering it and worked straight out of the box. Excellent product and service.

Cable issue
Is there anyway to just order the cable to the system? The cable was very loose & not secure and unfortunately was misplaced. We just need to purchase one cable for us to have use of the pager system.

only worked for a few days and now is useless
i bought this as a replacament to an older system we had pre-covid.the device arrived and worked perfectly when we first turned it on, however the beepers started to not repond to the caller one by one, and now none of them work despite being fully charged.

Feels like good quality - worked out of the box at my busy bistro. Been using for 3 weeks so far and no complaints at all.

Worked for 5 months really well
This was a great item, until it stopped working!It was very intermittent and became unreliable, I bought it in May 2020 and had issues in November/December.I tried to resolve the issue, but wasn’t able. Amazon have offered a refund on return which is great.Might just be mine, it was very good, just wanted to offer an update. Still rate highly due to it working really well and after sales service.

Easy to set up paging system for restaurants
Ordered product arrived on time. The unit was easy to set up and use. It has been working good so far in one of our restaurants.
