Traditional Garden Games Garden Hopscotch

My wife's friend's daughter loved this game, it came very well packaged and is an excellent garden or indoor game for children and adults to enjoy.

Bought for 3 year old for christmas.She loves it. It's really good and fits together well.She insists on counting herself, even backwards, when she's coming back the way, and she's picked up backwards counting really quickly, so for educational value it's excellent if your child is at the counting and number recognition stage....probably only if they're the "I'll do it myself" type though. My son at this stage would have just had you count for him LOL.The only thing I would improve are the "pebbles". They're the same foam as the mats, so not heavy enough to be thrown very far. They can be replaced with little beany toys or proper bean bags though, so it's not a huge deal.At the moment it's played with on a wood floor, and although it's easy to slide around if you're pushing it, when the kids are jumping on it, it does stay in place.All in all a good toy, and if you're anything like me, a great chance to play hopscotch again :POh the 3 stars for durability is because I don't know how well it'll stand up to being cleaned. Our one is used indoors and without shoes on. I don't imagine the pieces will be easy to clean, but like I said I haven't needed to try yet, so I don't really know. They're made of thick foam if that helps anyone.

my grand daughter loves it, it is very robust and well made, she is 3 years old and is able to build it up and take it apart for storage, it saves me having to do it

Arrived on time, my daughter loves it, will be great for the garden in summer..nice and big numbers too... Great!!

It's most suitable for young and/or small children. My grandkids' feet were too big to fit comfortably on the squares! The round foam disks were too light to throw, and we will try something different next time - so those were a bit of a waste. It did provide a good half hour of entertainment, but not something the children would make a point of coming back to. I'm not sure what the right age would be - but it's not large enough for anyone over 9, or children with large feet!

The granchildren can play with these large pieces inside or out, go together quite well easy for children to do.

Fairly good quality,,however the numbers pop out of the mats fairly easily. We use it mostly inside which is fine.
