Melissa shoes are always comfortable and cute as long as you get the right size. If you get a little below your size as it's plastic it could be painful. They fit as expected, just make sure you don't order down

The shoes smell GREAT...just like my other Melissa heels. I normally wear size 7 and sometimes 7.5 --- Size 7 in this shoes fits perfect.In the beginning I was a bit concern about comfort level...because after all it's rubber ballet flat. I own a pair of Crocs Ballet and they were absolutely horrible...But I really really love the style of this shoes plus I own 2 pairs of Melissa's Dragon's heels and I figure mel Dreamed is a sister company...so I took a chance.The shoes fits fine...quite comfortable actually. It has a thin sole (polyester?) inside the shoes, no arch support but it does give some comfort to your feet so you won't feel the pavement as you're walking. The style is unique...I can dress down with jeans or with shorts...or dress up with my work clothing...either way, they still look very very cute.Now the bad part...mel Dreamed said their rubber is breathable? Yeah right. Today's temperature was in the 50s...my toes were freezing as I walk to work (Ok, not the shoes fault since it is rubber and they are not UGGs). However, when I'm in the office, temperature in here is around 70 degrees and my feet are sweating like crazy..So, No, they are NOT breathable rubber as they claim (I do own 2 pairs of Geox...and those are truly breathable). I never had an issue with my Melissa Dragon heels because they are peep-toes and open back...but these ballet flat cover your feet entirely with no holes what-so-ever.Anyway, I'm still going to keep them because they are soooo cute...and I will wear them to work on rainy days...but I won't be bringing it with me to any place too warm for sure.Pros:-Very comfortable-Smells like candy-Unique style-Very light-Polyesters soleCons:-Not breathable material-Makes your feet sweat like there's no tomorrow

i usually love and wear Melissa shoes, they dont have half sizes so i went half up is way too large, i tried to use them regardless but they are not comfortable at all either, these are the kind of Melissa i would not recommend buying.

These shoes were comfortable and I got so many compliments. I wear a 9 and bought a 9. Fit perfectly. If you wear them without socks, you get sweaty feet, but no worse than normal shoes without socks. I didn't get blisters, which is what I was worried about getting jelly shoes. I will definitely buy more of these shoes.

Totally delighted with these puppies...they're just as pictured, soft and comfy to wear and fit just as I expected my size to. You won't believe how comfortable these are! I haven't worn them out yet, as it's not the season yet, and will be delighted to update when appropriate. Love them.

I did not know this brand. I was looking for a gift and based on the reviews I had to try. They are so cute, well made and true to size. The receipient loved them. Now I want a pair for myself. I would definitely order another pair of this shoe and others by mel.

This review is mixed because the first pair of these that we ordered was missized. The shoes were marked size 5 but were approximately a 6 1/2. Amazon took them back and the second pair fit fine. They are a cute shoe and will be useful for rainy days.

Love this brand and line of "jellies." So comfortable and versatile. They don't sweat terribly, either, which is grout living in S.E. United States!
