Impressed with the brand and product
Firstly, the door locks were just perfect. The size, sturdyness, shine, price(as compared to other brand and local market), the mechanism.I bought total 4 knob locks and 2 handle locks and are working perfectly.Secondly, I had to call as a simple screw somehow got lost. They cooperated very well and also sent the missing screw free of cost.

Colour not good
I purchased the brass finish colour.But you can see that it's not as shown.its very very dark or like blackish colour

Heavy with mix alloys-Durable
My carpenter told me the cost is high. But not necessary and Amazon’s return /replacement policy and selection among various brands has an edge. I could brought it from the comfort of my home since I had to purchase only one piece.I like the product as it is smooth and gives an elegant look. You can lock it from inside your room without key.It is promised that it is made of mixed alloys lik zinc brass etc. Hope it will not rust and will have reasonable longer life. Keys are different and are of high value. Thanks

Review after 1 year of usage
The product is absolutely working great after 1 year of usage.Finishing and built quality both are really good.Easy to install certainly not a DIY stuff yet doesn't take much time during installation
