This is the best rod ever. No more cords and thecsame price as a standard traverse rod. As a former workroom owner. This is great.

Once the smart curtain rod is installed it is great, but the instructions are horrible. I finally had to find a UTube video to complete the installation. It also came with limited running hooks so I had to order more, but of course the curtains rod information/instructions never mentions reorder information & their AI had no idea as to what I was asking. So so frustrating! I have written to the company but no response was given.

Love this product. Have 3 of them in my house. All work great with HomeKit. More importantly the customer service is top notch. Needed some pieces and customer service was there to help quickly. Thank you.

in the year of 2024 we have smart curtains people. i love it. a. bit of a learning curve but once you get it you’re hooked

First, in spite of what the listing says, assembly is far from "easy". Secondly, the manual is simply awful, full of bad grammar, unclear instructions, and mis-information. For example, the instructions for swapping the close and open button functionality on the remote are wrong. Fortunately, I found the correct instructions online. Thirdly, the curtain motor has to be unplugged and replugged in every few days to make it work again. When it is working it's incredibly slow in opening and closing the curtains.And finally, this evening the curtains suddenly won't close. Repeated resets of the motor - including factory resets - haven't helped; the curtains will close only a few inches, then stop. Opening works fine, though. And, of course, it's out of the (ridiculously short) warranty period. I'll have to unmount it, disassemble it, and see if something is loose, broken, or binding.Let the buyer beware.

Pulls the curtains open at dawn and closes them at sunset, just what I wanted.Very easy to make mistakes if you're too quick with putting this tother and installing on the wall, so take your time.

Have no idea if these work or not. After opening and attempting to pre assemble, discovered the rods are NOT customizable without ordering the segment size you need from manufacturer. That should be stated in the instructions.Also, prepare for the Jigsaw puzzle meets Ikea impact upon first opening the box. Once you organize things, it looks straightforward to assemble. ALSO NOTE: This is for pulling all the drapes one direction. If you intend for them to split in the middle you need to order a different type rod. Two way draw/open I believe. Returning these due to fit.
