Rock-solid purchase
Bought this a year ago for my daughter's birthday. Was impressed with the quality when it arrived and I'm just as impressed 12 months later. It's held up remarkably; no mechanical issues and the paintwork has survived in essentially pristine condition no matter what she's thrown at it. That's a marked contrast to the similarly priced Ammaco Sierra I bought a week ago from a different source which is already chipped in multiple places. This one is highly recommended; stay away from Ammaco.

Instructions ambiguous.
Love the bike but hate the instructions. Had to go to Halfords and pay for it to be built. We did manage some of the assembly but were not confident we were correct. As for the attachment of the wheel ???

Quick delivery
Bought this bike for my teenage daughter. Bit of assembly required but nothing too strenuous. Great speedy delivery and decent bike 👍

If you are a single parent with no experience in bike-fixing, this bike is not for you!
This is probably an ok bike, but that is hard to tell if you can't assemble it! The blurb doesn't tell you that the bike is only partly assembled, and this bike's manual is not for the faint-hearted: it says things like "disconnect the brake" but doesn't explain how that is done. The gears packed up on day 2 and the seller tells me that they need adjusting, but again the manual doesn't mention this nor does it tell you how that is done. Don't expect much help from the seller. They were quick to say that the manual was "more than sufficient" and otherwise advised me to get help from a bike shop. Not ideal in isolation times. Expect tears from your daughter.
