Excellent and prompt.

I purchased this under the assumption that the granulate would be much larger and more irregular in size. The clay pieces are very small and, I found, not suitable for even my fine rooted orchids. When I discovered no growth progress I unpotted and found signs of root rot. I've removed the Seramis medium from all of my orchids. I will find another use for this product.

the granules are much smaller than you would think to use for orchids.

I have still got it because no one seems to want it back.I received the incorrect product which was nothing like the product advertised and it was packed in just a plain see through plastic bag.No original packaging at all as seen in the advert.

The product arrived in good time, however the size of granuales is disappointing. The bag looks like the dust that is left on the factory floor after a days production. This in my opinion is not ideal for my purpose which is semi hydroponic media for orchids.
