Defective on arrival, no support
I bought this drill hoping it was, as advertised, a combi drill. Unfortunately I realised that the electronic clutch is either defective or wrongly calibrated, and it simply doesn't clutch out when set at speed 1, and on other speeds it requires an unreasonable resistance to clutch out. That means it doesn't work as a drive - it completely destroys whatever screws it touches.I called DeWalt hoping they would be able to find me a good solution but after 10 minutes waiting on the phone the call simply went dead. Neither is acceptable for a premium brand and premium product priced at a very high mark. I will consider very carefully whether I ever buy DeWalt products again in the future.

Amazing deal
Bought on a big offer from Amazon, I had some doubt about the real contents of the box due to these reviews but I wanted to try to order it anyway and it really worth it! everything perfect!Received the Drill with 2 batteries (5Ah), Charger, Handle and TStak Box (as the model DCD996P2 should be).I suppose other people ordered from different seller than directly from Amazon, anyway DCD996P2 must contain all these accessories, the body only version is DCD996N.
