Does not work
Purchased a new battery on 16 July. It does not work. Does not even charge. Total waste of full amount. I need a return or refund please. I have not even been able to use it as the quality is so poor the battery does not even charge for one run. As others have stated don’t waste your money here, this is a useless item made with zero quality and I am even unable to reach customer support to process a return or exchange for a new battery. Complete waste of money. Would give a zero star rating if it existed.

Battery and backup is very good it lasts up to 2hrs which is enough for cleaning double bed room flat.

INITIAL REACTION - I’m so glad to have bought this.. needed a replacement battery for my Euphy11s and this didn’t disappoint.. it has a very decent run time (and a longish recharging time).. gave 4 stars not 5 because of one small issue - the battery unit has smaller wire length than the original and fitting the whole thing in the slot was a struggle..UPDATED feedback : The battery lasted for exactly 6 months. Followed up with the seller for replacement and he politely obliged. Full marks for being proactive and customer friendly.

Doesn’t charge to full capacity advertised
I bought this is a replacement for my Eufy 11s max battery. From the very first charge the battery would not charge for more than 30 mins (the light turns from orange to solid red) and runs only for a little over 30 mins or so. I am very disappointed with the life of the battery. Tried charging and discharging a few times that did not help the performance is way below par compared to the advertised product.
