Got this chalk for my gym bag, nice and compact so can keep it in my gym shorts while training, chalk is decent, drys really quick and helps with grip, would recommend

Smaller than expected but the product is fantastic and great for attaching to bag or keys when heading out

Comes off hands too easily during workout

This liquid hand chalk is a game changer, wish I had used this product before! It dries really quick and even and washes off well too.

Easy application, as soon as the liquid dries the chalk solidifies.

Good chalk and does what it says on the tin. Ran out really quickly, too high a price for how much you get

Fast drying and lasting

So I tested some of the contents of this 250 ml bottle for lifting heavy barbells. It did take a while to get into the packaging though. Whilst it did prevent my hands from slipping and provided good and even cover, it did not fully prevent the redness which resulted on the palms of my hands. I think gloves may be the best cure for this….What I especially liked was that more found itself on the palm of my hands than on the equipment. It adhered well with minimal dusty chalk residue and next to no mess! However, removing this does require thorough hand washing and my hands did need moisturising hand cream after. Clearly this is great for gym use but less advantageous for the condition of my hands long-term.
