Great vacuum, does the job perfectly
Love this vacuum cleaner! Great for a quick run round and ideal for the stairs and the car, the three power levels are great and the low level is super quiet. Charge time is quick and it sits nicely in the corner. The light lets you see the parts you've missed and the middle bendy part is a back saver. The attachments are really good and do the job they need to, the vacuum is light enough to reach up and do the pesky ceiling webs without breaking arms! An all round decent vacuum cleaner.

Design flaw, great vac but topples easily.
Liked - ease of use and light.Disliked - Being top heavy due to dust collection container and damaging the vac. Design flaw. Broke my machine when toppled when propped up against wall. Now not working and has exposed loose cables on upright poles.

After just over a year with light use it’s going to the tip
Good enough cordless vac for the occasional clean but battery not competent for an all house vacuumUpdate after a year, this is going to the tip, complete waste of money, fully charge won’t even vacuum for 5 minutes

I like this hoover I bought it for my mother who has difficulty using her Henry around the house as it too heavy for her. It's lightweight and has great suction power compared to ones we had in the past. She loves the attachments for hoovering the stairs and sofas. Big down side it doesn't last as long as she would like around 15 minutes and you have to charge it after every use, which takes I believe around 6 hours. So bit disappointing. On that part.

Not as good as advertised
Disappointed with the overall performance of this item. Purchased to have as a upstairs hoover but joes doesn’t really pick anything up at all.

Vacuum constantly stops working (after around 5minutes use) no suction power either, not worth the money

I have advice for anyone experiencing switching off and heating up
My review: I can’t praise this enough. Very practical- good selection of tools, really good suction (3 speeds) and equally good on carpets and bare floors. Lights on main brush show up dust and hairs making it easy to target spots that need cleaning. I have tried a similar but more expensive stick cleaner from the top manufacturer (the one with the purple trim!!!), this Zanussi is much better and is almost 75% cheaper. Do not hesitate, this cleaner is really great and an excellent price!Additional info ref heating up and switching off after a few minutes- this is a safety feature. You need to open the unit with the red lever to access the filter. It will probably need a good clean. I just tap mine on the side of the bin to shake out fluff and dust, then pop it back in. If you do this every week or so, you will have no more problems!
