Works well, good price.
Good design, good quality! Allows for reaching those high-up windows without too much fuss. It could perhaps be a little lighter in weight, but that might compromise the structural integrity. Works well, good price.

Value for money
Very poor delivery and inadequate packaging by the supplier but when it finally arrived it certainly proved useful. However, getting the correct fitting to connect to your hosepipe proved tricky. The joints leak and you get wet which is not surprising. Applying PTFE tape to the hose connection joint prevented some leakage and stopped it from disconnecting itself during usage. The hose brush sprays out water from a single hole but 3 holes would definitely do a much better job when finishing off a window. Given the obvious cheapness of the whole product, I doubt if it would stand up to anything other than occasional use, but when you compare it to paying up to £300 for a so-called ‘professional quality item’ it certainly does the job and I would recommend that it gives value for money.

Not overly impressed
We bought this to clean our conservatory. After initial set up, I noted a load of water spraying out from the various joints. Once I tightened these up, there was still some water spraying out resulting in my getting soaked. I also noted a load of spray coming from the connection piece joining the water hose. This kept loosening off again resulting a water spraying all over me. This may well be operator error (i.e. me) but wasn't too impressed

Terrible product
The product is so bad the hosepipe connection does not connect to a normal hosepipe connection. Water comes out of every connection on the pole. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

Easy to use
Good length of pole, good value for money. Quite sturdy but did not extend pole fully.Used it to clean my mothers garage door.

Leaky
Leaky, flimsy, and now constantly tries to extend itself. That is, it is broken. So, bad design, poor performance, awful to use and not worth it.
