Strong, comfortable, well made.
This product fits me well as an average sized man. Adjustable length of the neck strap allows for a perfect position to be found. I've been using this to curl 20kg dumbbells, and there is no flex or movement in the plate. Very affordable and effective for a home gym setup.

Arrived quickly, used it immediately, it is comfy, seems string, is finished well, has no sharp edges, neck padding is thin but still comfy. It’s a good product at a decent price, o recommend it.

Strong and sturdy bicep curl aid

Isolates those biceps
I've been doing, as best I could, proper form with bicep exercises. But i was no longer getting that 'burn', no matter how hard i tried. I saw this and decided to give it a go. Well, I'm now getting that burn again, and my biceps hurt the next day. It was worth it....
